This lunch or dinner option is not only affordable but quick & EASY!
I am so confused by why people feel the need to have extravagant meals in order to be healthy! You have an hour, or even a half hour to put together lunches, that’s great, but I sure don’t!
I like to keep my meals simple and convenient. Sure every once in a while my husband and I cook meals that take longer and make a date night deal out of it, but for the most part we are an on-the-go kind of family. I don’t know about you but my kids (or me for that matter) don’t want to sit and wait for a meal. If I’m hungry, I better get some food or else…well you know the term “hangry”. That would be me!
Here is one of my go-to lunch options…
- 1 SLICE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
- 1/2 CAN TUNA
- SPRINKLE OF PAPRIKA
- 1 TBSP MAYO
Serve with some yummy chips, like these whole grain sun chips or replace with raw vegetables.
Make sure you get your liquids in, I prefer this Kombucha, water or milk.
