Monday at 5:30pm!
Exhilarating rides featuring indoor cycling techniques combined with upper body hand weights. This 45-minute ride is choreographed to the rhythmic beats of energetic, uplifting music. You’ll stay motivated to reach your fitness goals, but BEWARE, this class may change your body and your life.
GROUP POWER
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm!
