One of the things I love about living in Redding, is all the places there are to run. The fires have put a little damper on that for a couple months, but as the smoke begins to clear I can get outside and run again.
This has always been something my husband and I do together, since the first day we met and he made me run 5 miles in Wichita, Kansas on an overnight! (We both worked for the airlines at the time) I truly hated to run back then, but because I wanted to impress him, I learned to love to run and now I can’t go a couple days without running!
Yes, it can be hard on the joints and I have some clients who are unable to run, but walking is just as important! Whatever your fitness level might be, there are always modifications to everything! Can’t run, so walk! Or jog!
